Our unique culture is built upon a solid foundation and history of supporting civic, cultural and educational activities, not just through financial support, but through the helping hands of our associates.  Giving back to the community is accomplished through our team of approximately 17,000 associates wholeheartedly embracing our company’s mission to give back to the community and supporting this mission in both their personal and professional lives. Our associates and executives freely give of their personal time to volunteer or serve on countless boards and committees. 

Ferguson is a proud national sponsor of the United Way and a national partner for Habitat for Humanity International.  Ferguson is an active supporter of many other organizations, such as the American Red Cross and Relay For Life, and countless other causes across our branch network.
