Frank W. Roach
President and CEO
Frank Roach was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Wolseley's North American operations in January 2006, and in August 2009, he assumed additional responsibilities as CEO of Ferguson. Roach is responsible for combining the strength and resources of all Wolseley businesses in North America to drive growth and development.
Roach joined Ferguson in 1976 and throughout his career has been responsible for a number of operational roles, including branch manager in Richmond, Va., vice president of the U.S. mid-Atlantic region, and senior vice president of the Residential Business Group. In 1995, Roach was appointed to Ferguson's board of directors. In 2005, he assumed responsibility for North America business groups. In this role, he played a significant part in further developing and expanding Wolseley's North American businesses including plumbing, waterworks, industrial and HVAC.
Roach is a member of the Wolseley board of directors, as well as a key member of the Wolseley plc Executive Committee. Originally from Warrenton, Va., Roach received a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and a MBA from the College of William and Mary. Roach also attended Executive Management programs at the University of North Carolina, Duke University, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Kevin Murphy
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Murphy was appointed chief operating officer in August 2007. He is responsible for profit and loss and working capital at all levels of the Ferguson organization. Murphy joined Ferguson in 1999 as an operations manager through the acquisition of his family's business, Midwest Pipe and Supply. Following two years in the operations role, Murphy was promoted to general manager of Ferguson's Waterworks location in Columbus, Ohio. He then became an area manager for the Northeast Waterworks region. In 2005, he was again promoted to business group manager for Waterworks and then was named vice president of Ferguson's Waterworks operation in 2006. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Murphy is a 1992 graduate of Miami University.
Dave Keltner
Chief Financial Officer
Dave Keltner was appointed chief financial officer in December 2006. As CFO, he coordinates and works closely with the executive teams and finance groups in Wolseley's North American businesses to support the company's strategic direction.
Keltner joined the Wolseley Group in 1993 as vice president of construction lending for the Erb Lumber subsidiary of Stock Building Supply. In 1999, he was promoted to vice president of construction lending for Stock. Previously, Keltner worked for NationsBank as a vice president in the corporate banking division. A native of Van Wert, Ohio, Keltner received a B.S. in Finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
