h) Delivery Terms. Ferguson will deliver Your order to the delivery address You provide at the time of purchase. Ferguson may assign all or any part of its rights and obligations under these Terms, and any assignment will inure to the benefit of Our successors, assigns, and licensees.
SEVERABILITY.
