To the fullest extent permitted by law, You acknowledge and agree that You are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to the litigation of disputes in state or federal courts of general jurisdiction. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
