We will attempt to address any inaccurate or incomplete content after We are made aware of it. All weights and sizes may be approximate. h) Delivery Terms. Ferguson will deliver Your order to the delivery address You provide at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You acknowledge and agree that You are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to the litigation of disputes in state or federal courts of general jurisdiction. SEVERABILITY.
