The Website is made available to You pursuant to these Terms. Please read these Terms fully and carefully before accessing and using the Website.

If You do not agree with the Terms set forth below and Our Privacy Policy (including any modifications thereto), You should exit the Website. However, these Terms and Our Privacy Policy will apply to all of Your information and actions prior to exiting the Website.

h) Delivery Terms. Ferguson will deliver Your order to the delivery address You provide at the time of purchase. SEVERABILITY.
