Sales Internship Program

Our Sales Internship Program is an immersive 10-week summer experience that provides you with exposure to our business and hands-on learning opportunities, culminating in a final presentation to leadership. As an intern, you'll gain valuable skills in business acumen, relationship-building and collaboration. You will also assist in the sales process, hone your customer support capabilities and gain confidence in customer interactions. This program prepares you for a career in sales at Ferguson, with opportunities for relocation and placement across our 1,800+ U.S. locations.

Sales Leadership Program

Jumpstart your career with our Sales Leadership Program, a dynamic 2-year rotational experience designed to develop future leaders in sales. Gain valuable insight into multiple customer groups through strategic networking, mentorship and professional development, while building hands-on experience in Warehouse, Counter and Sales operations (Sales Support, Showroom, Outside Sales). Along the way, you’ll develop key skills in business awareness, relationship building, collaboration and leadership. Upon successful completion of your training, you will be placed into a front-line sales leadership role. Relocation and placement will vary across our 1,800+ U.S. locations.

Sales Trainee Program

The Sales Trainee Program is a 12-month program designed to accelerate a career in sales by rotating through several elements of training that provide guided development and on-the-job learning. This program offers opportunities for you to gain exposure in different areas of the business, shadow key partners and receive formalized mentorship.
