A: Ferguson PRO Plus™ is a customer loyalty program where enrolled participants are awarded points when they order products on Ferguson.com. Participants can then redeem their points for a wide variety of consumer goods, event tickets and individual travel options from our reward redemption site. Participants also have the opportunity to purchase business products and services using Ferguson’s volume discounts.
 
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Ferguson PRO Plus™ program?
A: All professional trade customers with an online account that complete the enrollment process and whose business account is in good standing with Ferguson are eligible to participate. The enrolled participant must be the owner or administrator of their Ferguson.com account, be in compliance with their company’s policies allowing them to earn and redeem points and also be a customer located in the United States.

A: No, Ferguson PRO Plus™ is completely free to all members.

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn points by purchasing products on Ferguson.com only. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight and miscellaneous charges.

Q: What products qualify for points?
A: All products on a Ferguson.com web order qualify for points. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight and miscellaneous charges.

Q: How are points calculated?
A: You will earn one point for every dollar ($1.00) spent on products ordered through Ferguson.com. Bonus points may be offered from time to time.

Q: When are points awarded?
A: Points are awarded on the second Wednesday of every month on all processed invoices for the previous month.

Q: How do I track my points?
A: You can track your points at any time by using the following steps:

A: No, all points issued to a participant will be valid for the life of the program.

Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: Any member information submitted as part of the Ferguson PRO Plus™ program will be used in accordance with Ferguson’s Privacy Policy. Your personal information will only be used to award you points in the program and to fulfill your redeemed points for items from our reward redemption site.

Q: Why do you need my Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)?
A: Any tax liability resulting from the receipt of program rewards is the sole responsibility of the program participant. Individuals who redeem more than $600 in a calendar year will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the value of the points redeemed. EIN/SSN will be captured upon first redemption.

Q: Does the amount of points needed for redemption include shipping and handling?
A: Yes, shipping and handling charges are programmed into the point value based on the zip code in your customer profile. If the zip code is changed during the checkout process, the amount of points needed for redemption will update to reflect this.

Q: Can I combine cash with points to earn rewards merchandise faster?
A: No, the program does not allow members to supplement their points with payment.

Q: When are redeemed points deducted from my account balance?
A: Any points redeemed will be immediately deducted from your account balance.

A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the points are deducted from your account balance.

Q: How often can I donate my points?
A: You can donate your points as often as you like.

Q: Can I cancel my donation after it has been placed?
A: No, all donations are final.

Q: Are the points I donated to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization eligible for a tax-deduction?
A: No, any donated points will be converted to a donation from Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. to the charitable organization on the member’s behalf.

Q: Is there any tax liability for donating my points?
A: No, there is not any tax liability resulting from the donation of points. An IRS 1099 Form will not be issued, regardless of the dollar value of the points donated in a calendar year.
