Once we've received and processed your application, a local Ferguson credit professional in your area will contact you within 48 business hours.

Request access to Online Bill Pay

After registering for Ferguson.com and being approved for Commercial Credit, you will need to request access to Online Bill Pay. Please note, Online Bill Pay is only available for the owner or authorized check-signers of your company.

If you are the owner or an authorized check-signer of your company,

  1. Visit the Payment Solutions page.
    Note: If you’re not logged in already, you will need to enter your login information before proceeding.
  2. Select “Request Access.”

How quickly will I get access?

After completing the steps above, you should receive an email within 48 hours informing you that you have access to Online Bill Pay.

Pay your bills

Now that you have access to Online Bill Pay through Ferguson.com and you have been approved for Commercial Credit, follow the steps below to start paying your bills online.

  1. Visit the Payment Solutions page.
    Note: If you’re not logged in already, you will need to enter your login information before proceeding.
  2. Select “Pay Bills Online.”
    Tip: If nothing appears to happen, be sure to turn off your pop-up blocker for Ferguson.com. See below for more information.

Disable your pop-up blocker

If you have clicked on “Pay bills online” and nothing appears to happen, please check that your pop-up blocker is disabled for Ferguson.com by clicking in the top left corner of your browser and selecting “Always allow pop-ups from Ferguson.com.” Then select the link in the message to be taken to the secure bill pay site.
