Professional trade customers with a commercial account have two convenient options to place a will-call order:
Order online. Log in to your ferguson.com account and select the option for order pick-up in the checkout. Don’t have an account? Sign up here.
Order over the phone. Place your order over the phone at your local Ferguson and simply let them know you want to pick up your order.
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email and text notification with check-in details. Select Ferguson locations also offer locker pick-up option.
