Every participant begins as a Standard member, earning one point for every dollar spent. As your qualifying spend with Ferguson grows throughout the year, you’ll unlock higher tiers that boost your earning power. Each tier increases the points you earn per dollar—doubling or even tripling your rewards.

A. Ferguson PRO Plus is a customer loyalty program where participants are awarded points when they order products on ferguson.com. Participants can then redeem their points for a wide variety of consumer goods, event tickets, and individual travel options from our reward redemption site. The PRO Plus pilot program is a limited-time opportunity for select customers to participate in an enhanced version of our loyalty program.

The pilot experience will include more opportunities to earn points for your purchases with Ferguson, both online and in-store. Pilot customers will also receive exclusive gifts and the opportunity to win an all-inclusive trip for two in 2027.

A. No, Ferguson PRO Plus and the pilot program are completely free to all participants.

A. You earn points by purchasing products on ferguson.com, shopping in-store, or placing an order over the phone. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight, and miscellaneous charges. Orders placed with an eProcurement platform are not eligible for points.

A. All products purchased from Ferguson qualify for points. Points are not awarded for taxes, freight, and miscellaneous charges.

A. Baseline earning throughout the PRO Plus pilot will be dictated by member tier. All participants will start as a Standard member, where they will earn one point for every dollar spent online, in-store or over-the-phone.

Customers will unlock new earning tiers as they surpass qualifying spend thresholds with Ferguson. Each new tier increases the points earned per dollar—doubling or even tripling the rewards. Tier status will be determined by qualifying spend throughout the year, not by point balance. Pilot participants can also earn additional points by purchasing select products or using Pro Pick-Up. Additional details on earning extra points will be shared soon.

A. All points issued to a participant will be valid for the life of the program, as long as the participant remains active on ferguson.com. If you do not earn points for a period of 365 days, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

A. Use the following steps to redeem points:

  1. Sign in to your ferguson.com account

  2. Access PRO Plus Rewards from your Dashboard under My Solutions

  3. Click REDEEM POINTS on the PRO Plus Rewards page, where you'll access the Rewards site experience

  4. Select SHOPPING in the top navigation to explore the rewards catalog

Find items you want to redeem points for, then check out. Your rewards will soon be on their way!

A. The earning and benefits associated with the PRO Plus pilot program are tentatively scheduled to end in December 2026. Ferguson reserves the right to end the pilot program at any time if necessary.

A. The PRO Plus pilot program is our way of testing new rewards and benefits to better serve you. Your participation and feedback are helping us shape the future of PRO Plus. Setting an end date for the pilot allows us to gather insights from this experience and gives us the flexibility to explore more improvements before rolling out larger updates.

A. Once the pilot ends, participants will transition back to the online-only version of the PRO Plus program, and all pilot-specific benefits will be discontinued. Customers who took part in the pilot will retain their points, which can be redeemed or will remain active as long as they continue to use ferguson.com. If a customer becomes inactive, their points may be forfeited.
