My Orders on Dashboard

From your Dashboard, you will see a display of all order activity within the past 48 hours.

  • If you have recent orders, they will be listed with their status.
  • If you have no recent order activity, you may see another link in this space.

View orders

There are multiple ways to access the Orders page where you can view all of your orders.

  • You can click orders in the My Ferguson dropdown:
    Click Orders under My Ferguson.
  • You can locate the Orders page from the left navigation on your Dashboard:
    Use the left-hand navigation on your Dashboard to go to My Orders.
  • You can click View My Orders from your Dashboard under the My Orders feature, if you have orders listed.
  • Clicking any of these will take you to the Orders page where you will see a list of all of your orders and their statuses. The orders you see could vary depending on your account settings.
  • If you’re part of an organization, you will see all of the orders placed on all of the job accounts you have access to within your company. This includes orders placed by other employees of your organization who have access to the same job accounts as you.

Search for orders

Business account customers can search for orders in the open search field at the top of the Orders page. If you know the exact order number or part of the order number, simply enter it in the search field and click the search button.

Search filters

  • If you do not know the exact order number or the partial order number, you can use the search filters on the left of the search field to help you find the order.
    Use the search filters to find your order information.
  • The filters include:
    • Order number
      • The order number from an order entered online, which would start with a “W.”
      • The order number from an order that was entered by a Ferguson employee at the store.
      • The credit memo number of the order, if applicable.
    • Job name
      • The name of the job under which the order was placed, if applicable.
    • Ordered by
      • The name of the employee from your organization who entered the order, if applicable.

Search refiners

  • You can narrow your search results with the refiners beneath the open search field.
    Use the refiners to narrow your search results.
  • The search refiners include Job, Time and Status.
    • Job
      • Click the Job refiner to open a dropdown list of all of the job accounts you have access to within your organization, if applicable.
      • The Job refiner defaults to show search results for all job accounts.
      • Select the job account to refine your search results to show only orders that were placed under that job account.
      • The page will automatically refresh to refine search results after you make you selection.
    • Time
      • Click the Time refiner to open a dropdown to of time selections.
      • The time selections indicated how long ago the order was entered, and includes:
        • Last 30 days
        • Last 90 days (default selection)
        • Last 12 months
        • Custom range. This will open a calendar so you can search for orders entered in a specific start date and end date. The start date can only be one year prior to the current date.
    • Status
      • Click Status to open a dropdown to refine results by the status of the order. The possible statuses include:
        • All (default status)
        • Open
        • Shipped
        • Delivered
        • Ready for pick up
        • Picked up
      • The page will automatically refresh to refine search results after you make you selection.
