Straight forward installation
Everything works as stated in the included manual. The manual was good, but there a few small items left out. The primary one was the hot and cold inlet inserts (no photos or instruction) as to if they were to stay or be removed. Also, my connecting house wire, is aluminum requiring special connectors ( purple in this state
to meet code.

Good quality
All went smoothly wiith installation.......however the envelope with the booklet and the warranty card was attached to the back side of the heater. It was really a pain getting to it after it was installed.
