Slow to heat water and sent to our taps
This product was installed by our builder. The water heater works fine but, it take forever to get the hot water to our taps in our house. Longer than a minute in our bathrooms and kitchen.

Excellent Product
This product was a excellent choice. Nice looking product, easy installation. Water is maintained at a consistent temperature and always available. Like all AO Smith products that I have had it is 'top of the Line'.

O.K. warranty
Less than 2 years of service when thermostat failed causing high temperature trip button to activate. Warranty reimbursed me for replacement thermostats. Now 4 months later the TPR valve is leaking through. The tank has been maintained (drained/flushed) per recommendations and was professionally installed. Be glad you have a reasonable warranty….you’ll probably need to use it. Just a hassle.
