Beautiful Design

Great Showerhead
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this last year but wasn’t able to install this because of Covid until recently. Love the clean lines of the polished chrome. The shower head is large and has multiple spray patterns which is a must in our household. I do wish the lever which changes patterns was longer. Also be aware that the kit does not come with the required shower valve. The anti-scald feature is also a must have. We are happy with this product.

Great form and function!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the chrome version, but after installation I believe that the brushed stainless steel would go better with the rest of my bathroom. Installation should be done by a professional if you do not feel comfortable attempting yourself.

Beautiful look and solid design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this I was excited and ready to go when it came out of the box. I had to delay my installation because I had a Delta as my original and the American Standard valve kit would not work. After much research I was able to find the correct valve kit and get it installed. The finish on this product is awesome and looks great! The water saving feature is also wonderful! We like the large water head that allows for the wide spray. Nice temperature and pressure options too! Once this system is installed you will love the results! I'm hoping this will hold up better than my Delta with the well water and softener. Time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long delay, and a change in product, I received the Delancey Tub and Shower Trim Kit. The trim kit is great if you are just looking for a trim kit. You will still need a Shower valve to go along with it though.

Obvious quality and good looks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed this tub and shower trim kit. If this was the first American Standard product I had installed I would have been amazed at how easy it was compared to other manufacturers products. However every American Standard product I have installed has been like this. Simple example is putting on the face plate; the screws just line up the first time with no problems. The quality of the parts is very evident the minute you open the box. Finishes are flawless and the parts are solid (no “plastic” feeling items). Packaging is well thought out. Tub spout is actually in a felt sleeve. Water temperature limit setting is easy and precise. It would help if description of the product on the website and/or in the written instructions indicated which valve body works with this trim kit. If you do not currently have American Standard valve body you will have to install one and it is very difficult to determine which one to buy. It should be noted that description/specs on the valve bodies do not indicate which trim kits they work with.

Only use if you have a Flash shower valve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this kit to freshen up the look of my bath and shower. The parts look nice and they are solid and heavy, which I believe is part of the problem. The tub spout is over two inches longer than most standard spouts (see picture comparison) and there is a tiny 2.5mm hex screw in the spout. After installing and tightening as much as possible, the spout still tilts away from the wall and gradually loosens over days leaving gaps. Caulking doesn't help as it gradually pulls away and obviously ruins the look. The other big issue is that this kit requires you to have American Standard's proprietary Flash shower valve. If you don't, you'll need to do major plumbing work to replace the shower valve in the wall as there is no adapter that I could find to allow installation of the cartridge (See picture of the cartridge compared to the old shower valve). The handle and trim are specific to the cartridge, so those can't be installed on the old shower valve cartridge. So unfortunately had to remove this kit.

Clever Water Saving Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet set is classy, easy to install and has a nice chrome finish. I love that it has the water saving features, with the large, wide shower head. The temperature comfort setting makes it easy for the kids to safely use the shower without adult help and the risk of scalding. The look of this set will go well with any décor style and looks nice with my tiled shower. I hope this set has a long life as well. I am looking forward to seeing how it stands up to city hard water and corrosion.
