Leaked out of the box at factory connection.
Nice piece of hardware, user friendly install via cut nipple but leaked at the first joint out of the box. 3/8 hex was very loose, I think I got 2-3 turns out of it before it snugged down. So many products are suffering QC issues out of the box lately. You can't check every factory connection on every product and catching leaks are a real issue as a plumber due to liability or just call backs. Hard to trust American Standard now.

We moved into a new house that has this installed and just a year after the handle became hard to move and started leaking... can't seem to find any instructions on what could be wrong or replacement parts...

Beautiful addition to any kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought of having a pot filler, but I have an extremely large kitchen and this has been a wonderful addition. It looks absolutely stunning and wasnt overly difficult to install. The most difficult part was cutting through the backsplash. Only thing I would change would be the finish. I wish it was more of a brushed/stainless look and it's more towards a chrome. Otherwise it's an absolutely stunning, convenient addition to my kitchen.

Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for what I wanted it for. It was installed in my laundry room to be used to fill pet dishes, mop buckets, car wash buckets, etc. It looks elegant and is the perfect faucet for my needs!
