- Each glove is knit with two strands of cut-resistant yarn instead of one so that if the first strand fails, the second is there as a backup
- Extremely light weight so they can be comfortably worn underneath cover gloves
- Made entirely of FDA accepted materials required by USDA for food use and contain AlphaSan®, a permanent antimicrobial that kills bacteria, fungus, mold, and mildew
- Applications include food processing and food service where cut-resistant liners are worn underneath cover gloves
- When handling glass, these liners can be used for additional cut protection
