I was so excited to receive this shower head and once it was installed that excitement turned into confusion and disappointment. Only one function on this shower head actually worked and it wasn't even the full spray. It seemed like some of the spray nodules were not working and even after trying to clean it and adjust a few things it still didn't work. The second function literally just dripped. Called Brizo and they recommended cleaning with vinegar and a few other things which just seemed like a lot of work to make a brand new product work. We returned it.

I love our shower head
I am very pleased with this shower head. The spray options are good and it has a nice look. I purchased the nickel finish.

Happy from
bad water flow
My client selected this shower head as it was connected to the Levoir group. Water flow is minimal and the water restricter is not removable. Not happy clients.
