magnet doesn't retract the spout
We just installed our faucet and the magnet does not retract the spout. The faucet is nice looking and the handles are smooth moving. Just a disappointment to spend so much money for a lacking product. Quality control missed the mark on this one. Plumber said you could possibly add another magnet to help retract. Sounds like more people have had this same problem.

Best Faucet Ever
Stunning look and super functional. Love the touch aspect and even better is the fact that if you commit a long touch (or not tap) it won’t turn off on you. So if you either want to keep the water on or want to keep the water off while in touch mode, you control this with the sensitivity of your touch. Angle of the faucet is excellent as well, as it overhangs enough to reach without straining but doesn’t arch back far enough to get your base of the faucet all wet. I’d give this 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
