The brushing could be better
For this price the brushing on this plated finish could have been better. This does not look that Luxe.

Excellence in Beauty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the complete unit but the install is delayed due to a missing diverter sleeve. Customer service has been helpful but unfortunately, the replacement won't be delivered for another month. Alas the item is shiney and very smooth to the touch. It's a very noteworthy upgrade from the prior bathtub fixture with it's round plastic, yellowed, crystal-like knob. The unit is hefty and feels very durable. The handles are easy to grasp. I can't wait to experience the thermostatic function and 6 function diverter which will supply a standard showerhead and two ceiling mounted rainheads. I anticipate absolute bliss unlike that experienced during any other shower in my life and will report back once the replacement has been received and the install is complete.
