Terrible Product
This product is fragile, and its actual capacity is damaged, rendering it non-replaceable without a separate purchase. We've only owned the product for two years.

Flimsy
Compared to most other Brizo fixtures, this is flimsy and not the quality you’d expect. The “feel” of the pump is wobbly and the spout needs to be longer. Not a fan.

Super wobbly at the top. Can it be fixed?
We just installed this, and there is zero “catch” holding the top piece onto the bottom. So it’s very wobbly when you push down to dispense soap. Surely it’s not meant to be this way? Would love it to work as it’s very pretty.
