As a wholesaler I can honestly say this is a great product. Elkay support is great in the case of a problem. The main issue I see with this unit is most people install them outdoors. These are not meant to be installed outside. This can cause over heating issues with the compressor. Elkay does have a model that is designed to weather the elements!
