Needs improvements
The washer is a little too noisey, although it does seem to do an alright job. To shut the dryer door, you have to slam it.

Stacked unit works great!
This machine works beautifully, does a great job. We are limited in space so this stacked style works great for us. Quiet and efficient. I junked my old name brand washer and glad I did!

Washer does not work and clothes are slow to dry
I am about two months in with this product and having problems. The washer won't work. I press the button, it makes a noise, sprays water and stops. EAch time a press the button, the same thing happens. And, the dryer does not get hot. I have to run the clothes several times even on 60 and above minutes to get the clothes dry. I was attempting to contact GE, but they are closed on Saturdays.
