- ZN78 zinc-aluminum flux-cored brazing alloy
- Core design releases the flux only after sufficient preheating, so both the flux and alloy flows at the right time into the capillary
- Lower melting temperature and wider melting range than aluminum silicon alloys
- Strict flux percentage tolerance ensures that the flux is consistent throughout the wire for repeatable high performance flow of the alloy
- Has a non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic cesium flux with no flux binder
- A good choice for joining aluminum alloys of the 1000, 3000 and 6000 series
- Used to join aluminum-to-copper
- Recommended joint clearance of 0.003” - 0.005” (0.08mm - 0.13mm)
- Proprietary custom flux blends available for customer specific applications
- Conforms to the EU Reach & RoHS directive.
