Clients love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this tub for our clients and they love it. They had a tub like this in their last house and insisted that they have the aerated jets. It took a long time to receive, but they said it was worth the wait.

Buyers remorse
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this tub. Although it's beautiful, it completely lacks in function. I didn't know taking a bath could be so stressful!? The jets are too high and even with the tub completely full, when you lean back on the jets they shoot over your shoulder and soak the bathroom walls even when the jets are pointed as far down as they can go. I "thought" the +- sign were to reduce or increase the speed of the water flow but apparently they are used to brighten the lights. The amount of water that this tub uses doesn't bother me, what bothers me is what a waste of money I spent on something that I don't want to use. I am currently spending more money on a plumber to try and figure out a way to stop the water to the top 2 jets. An absolute waste of money on this tub.

Nice looking tub but jet position is troublesome
Nice looking tub but the jets are way too high. Can’t feel the side jets because they are positioned higher than the body. Back jets splash so much water onto the floor I thought the tub had a leak. The amount of water splashing onto the floor made huge puddles. I’m not sure what to do except use it as a soaker and forget about the jets. Very disappointed.

Comfortable tub but jets aren’t perfect
The slope of the tub is comfortable making it nice to relax in for an extended period. The jets are too high so the tub has to be extremely full before turning them on otherwise water will spray absolutely everywhere. They also do not have a variable speed control. They are on or they are off.
Furthermore, after only a few uses the jets spew black algae so it really needs to be cleaned with a vinegar solution after each bath.

Pretty tub but the jets are incorrectly positioned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The positives:
- great customer service from Jacuzzi
- great looking tub: sleek and modern
- strong jets
The negatives:
- the gaskets for the jets were not installed, causing the tub to leak in between the inner and outer shell from all the jet penetrations. Customer service was prompt to respond and fix, but it set back our schedule by a week.
- the two upper jets at the back side are positioned far too high. The water level has to be very high for these jets to be covered and not spray all over the room. This happens easily if one sits up (causing the water level to drop). Fortunately the jets can be turned down to almost off, but this defeats their purpose...
- the side jets are also too high, they cannot be directed against the body when a smaller person uses the tub even when directed down
- it's easy to nudge the pop-up drain with your feet, it then starts passing water and the tub drains slowly
Bottom line: sleek, modern looking tub with incorrectly positioned jets
