Path light
I ordered a replacement path light, it was delivered in a carton by UPS, I opened the carton and installed the replacement path light and had a beer.

Don't buy! I ordered 8 of these. Several came with missing bulbs and posts and took several weeks to get parts. The bulbs are very dim and do a poor job of lighting. After using a couple weeks bulbs have already needed replaced.

Don't Buy, Not Suitable for Purpose
The bracket that holds on the top dome breaks all on it's own, without contact from anything. I believe it is due to expansion and contraction of this wishbone part putting stress on the cast aluminum part until it breaks. Parts not available, guaranteed if you buy a replacement, it will happen again. I have two of these fixtures, and both have broken. You can fix with epoxy if you are patient and screw the part back into the fixture without the dome until it cures otherwise it may not fit back on if you cure it off the fixture.

Great Product!
Really impressed with the Kichler product line. I ordered 6 of the black path lights. 4 of the 6 were brand new and had all the hardware. 2 of them did not come with the connectors or light bulbs and looked to be opened and returned. Suprisingly these were ones manufactured 10/2014. The other 4 are from 11/2016 and have all the parts. I am going to be calling first thing Monday morning.
That being said I am going to be looking into getting the LED lights for them, but wanted to see how they looked with halogen first.
The product itself deserves 5 stars. Nothing I have used before can come close to this product.

Attractive around my pool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mixed these with spotlights around my pool and they look beautiful at night. I keep them on all year. They are at the entrance and also next to flowering plants that are highlighted at night.

Looks beautiful along the path
My contractor got these to put in along the garden path. I originally thought he was fairly conservative about the placement since I had heard (somewhere) there was supposed to be no more than 3 feet between lights for continuous lighting, but these lights give such wonderful broad light, that it turned out he was right with about 4-5 ft between the lights. I love the way the light shines down, with no uplight to distract. And my favorite, when it rains, the water comes off the light in almost magical beaded strings of water - Beautiful. We're getting more for the back yard.
