Works great doesn’t look new.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a two months ago for our vacation home. I was not here when it was installed my husband was. That all went fine. We had other appliances installed at the same time refrigerator and dishwasher. I was excited to get new matching appliances. I finally see them in person and I’m not thrilled with the appearance of the microwave oven wall combo. It works great and has more bells and whistles than my old one. The problem I have is there are weird marks all over it, looks like it’s from the way it was packaged. Maybe it had tape on it that was on there too long then removed. There is no sticky residue just marks in the stainless steel that cleaner will not remove. It bugs me a lot, my husband just thought it needed to be cleaned so he didn’t thing anything of it. I am very disappointed because my new wall comb looks old to me!

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t used it much as we haven’t fully moved in yet, but seems to do a good job. True to temp, racks move easily. Love the blue color inside, and the thermometer - will be handy for cooking turkey. Microwave easy to use. Handsome additions to my new kitchen!

Has issues

User friendly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the simplicity and ease of the controls on both the microwave and the oven. There is no need to look up specific settings in a user manual, as the touch screen tells you your options clearly. Although the microwave oven is not as large or as powerful as our previous one, it is adequate and meets our needs. We also like the sturdy handles on both units, compared to the noisy & temperamental push-button latch on our old microwave. The only complaint we have is that the popcorn setting does not work well with our silicone microwave popcorn bowl, so we ended up buying a separate air popper.

Overall good but a few drawbacks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the oven and the microwave but the convection part of the microwave takes a very long time to heat up. Plus the controls are confusing. I wish there was documentation on when/how to use the crisp versus convection functions.
