Missing parts. Low water pressure.
Faucet was missing a part when it arrived. Substitute piece is flimsy and makes the faucet seem cheap.

Disappointingly low quality
Disappointingly low quality. It feels really cheap and the sprayer is faulty - it leaks water whenever the faucet is open and now needs to be removed and replaced. Certainly not the quality I expected from Kohler at this price.

While we love the look of this handsome faucet for our renovated kitchen, we have had trouble with leaky handles and small parts coming loose. And just as the warranty expired, the spray hose started leaking every time we run the faucet so we have to keep it in the sink to keep from flooding the cabinet below. For the price, it should last longer without costing us for new parts and plumbing repair!

Quality Faucet
I bought this faucet a month ago and it is a very high quality faucet. It is much heavier than another faucet that we were originally considering. I am very happy with it. It cost more than other faucets but you get what you pay for.

Gorgeous & Excellent Quality
This faucet is so much more impressive in person. My client fell in love with it when we viewed it online but when it arrived she was just about in tears, she loves it! It has a Gorgeous look, the Quality is Excellent & it was an Easy install for the plumber.

Diverter Assembly is Terrible
I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this faucet. While aesthetically this faucet is beautiful, the parts are terrible; especially when it is the main part that you need to physically operate the flow of water. We are on our second replacement diverter assembly with the third on the way. When you purchase what you think is a superior product, the parts should also be superior, however, sadly that isn't the case.

Hard to rinse and wash poys
I’m so disappointed in this faucet. It doesn’t come out far enough and is not arched enough to rince pots and other dishes. I always have to us the sprayer and I didn’t buy this expensive faucet to have to do this
