Expensive and it can’t be turned with soapy hands!
The size and weight of this item are great, however having purchased it in matte black, I didn’t realize how delicate the powder coating was. It scratches very easily. This was very expensive and should have a superior coating. Also, the knob is impossible to turn with soapy hands. With Kohler’s long standing presence in the the bathroom fixture line, I would have expected they’d make a product that was slip resistant. Very disappointed in the powder coating as well as the fact that it isn’t slip resistant.
