Best product ever!
This is the finest shower head ever purchased. Excellent water stream makes taking a shower more pleasant. A must have in any shower.

faulty parts
I came to this site to find a replacement part b/c the plastic interior of the handle cracked only to find multiple reviews with the same issue. Like most I had a contractor install, so it's not the depth, it's the cheap plastic quality that is clearly an issue. I just had to pay more in shipping than the part to get it replaced. From what i've read, they should sell this part in bulk since it breaks frequently. Either that, or actually replace this part with a more durable piece. This was not cheap and it's very disappointing to know this is a known issue.

Devonshire products. Koehler valves
I’m a plumbing contractor in Florida. Been plumbing for 20 plus years. I can tell you kohler is by far my go to product, especially for shower valves. The way they are designed makes working on them easier than most. (Everything needs to be repaired eventually). I like the Devonshire because of the value and quality. Not sure why other reviews were so bad, probably weren’t install right or lack of use will cause any shower valve to not operate correctly.

Valve does not work
This is great looking but it has repeatedly failed us. Inside the handle assembly there is a plastic part with an aluminum screw that repeatedly slips on the shower valve. We've had to use pliers to turn on/off the shower, but in doing so have now broken the stem adapter. Definitely would not recommend.

Overly complicated control valve assembly

Nice looking in bronze
We installed the Devonshire when we remodeled our master bath. The shower worked great and so did the tub. We used it for about 10 years before we moved. I only wish the shower head put out a more powerful spray. I plan on using them again in our remodel of our ranch house.

BRAND NEW HOME BUILT 2 YEARS AGO INCLUDED THE DEVONSHIRE COLLECTION IN ALL BATHROOMS. tHE SHOWER IN THE GUEST BATHROOM HAS BEEN USED ABOUT 6 TIMES OVER THE LAST 24 MONTHS.
YESTERDAY WE HAD A GUEST SPENDING A COUPLE OF DAYS AND WHEN THEY TRIED TAKING A SHOWER, THE HOT WATER WOULD NOT FLOW. INSTEAD, WHEN TURNING THE LEVER ALL THE WAY CLOCKWISE THE WHOLE THING WOULD JUST SHUT OFF! OUR GUEST FINISHED THEIR SHOWER WITH COLD WATER AND WE WERE SO EMBARRASED.
CAN'T RECOMMEND A PRODUCT THAT FAILS AFTER 2 YEARS. KOHLER QUALITY?
