Cheap Plastic
My second level handle has now broken. There is a cheap plastic female sleeve that connects to the valve. When the plastic breaks there is no way to shut water off without unscrewing the entire lever and using vice grips on the valve. This has broken twice for us. This last time, I was on business trip and was interrupt by my panicked wife. Plumber was in quarantine but fortunately she found neighbor to assist. Unless Kohler changes the cheap plastic to a better material, stay away from this. It WILL fail.

very low water pressure
I was told that this shower will not lower water pressure. The water pressure in my shower is low, I don't know who is this moron that came up with the idea that we need to save water while taking the shower. The best thing now is to have somebody knowledgeable from your company help me to remove the part that lowers water pressure
