Homeowner purchasing through Ferguson showroom.
Was sold unknowingly 2 3-way valves, finding out that needed only 1 way. Extra expense for nothing and additional inconvenience when turning on shower since it goes all the around with the each of the other two ways capped by the the plumber.

Lots of flow - Nice thermostatic valve for larger demanding installations
This is a thermostatic valve that requires with and on off valve downstream. The 3/4' size puts out plenty of GPM for installations with body sprays, rain head, etcetera. I recommend piping this unit using copper press fittings or solder piping to keep the piping lengths a short as possible to allow more space for fixture installations. It is a big heavy valve and can be mounted on a solid 3/4" wood pressed against the back sheetrock in a 2x4 wall. You will need 1" copper pipe straps to secure the body to the wall. Instructions indicate that it is designed for a 2x6 wall but it fit fine with the above.

Good thermostat!
Well designed valve. Great flow and good temperature control. Just what we wanted and a huge improvement on the old Price Pfister valve we used to have. Not convinced it needed to be quite this expensive but you can tell that you get the quality you pay for. Especially like that there are separate filters on the inlets because the lack of those killed my old valve after years of cruddy city mains water with sediment.
