Part that holds/adjusts shower head is not functioning - does not hold handheld shower head in place
We have had this product installed less than six months ago and we have never been able to adjust the height of the handheld shower (which is the point of having the adjustable bar). The part that holds the handheld shower head in place does not adjust and never has since it was installed. My contractor says the part is faulty. Also, after less than 6 months of use the shower head itself is breaking - more water is flowing at the top than the rest of the shower head - not flowing evenly through the shower head.

Horrible design, horizontal angle and not adjustable
I bought this shower to go in a renovated standard sized tub (60" length). It is designed to spray nearly horizontally so the spray will hit the back wall of the shower at any height (or directly at chest height instead of overhead). The slide bar is not interchangeable with other models that tilt. There is also no indication in any spec sheet or instructions that the angle is adjustable. There are three screws (two phillips and one hex) on the handle holder that may allow for adjustment (guessing due to lack of any indication by the manufacturer), but they are so overtightened by the manufacturer that they are impossible to adjust without stripping them. Completely useless showerhead that I'm now stuck with.

Great hand shower also good as main shower
We had this hand shower installed in combination with a rain shower head. We always loved our rain shower, but after installing this hand shower, we rarely use the rain shower any more. We had it mounted so it could be used as the main shower head, but can also be used as a hand shower. The the variety of sprays is good and water flow rate is good at any setting. I use the intense spray mode when cleaning to wash down all the tile and glass.
