Great towel ring!!
I have just purchased several items for my remodeled bathroom including this towel ring. All I can say it if you want quality Kohler is really where it is at. Everything I have purchased just feels so well made and the towel ring is no exception. The towel ring is a little wider than most not forcing you to squeeze your towel on to the ring. I am so excited for my husband to hang this.

Ring portion will discolor after a few months - SAVE your money!
I have this towel ring in the modern gold finish and it has discolored so badly I can no longer use it. It is an obvious defect. I have never used anything other than a dry microfiber cloth to clean it and as you can see, only one portion of the ring has discolored while the short top portion is still the original color. The exact same thing happened to the matching TP holder as well. Terrible for such an expensive item.
