Beautiful But....
I saw this faucet on Instagram and, so far, it's costing more than my stone floating vanity. Faucet, valve, and now I need a separate drain. The Purist sink mount faucet comes with the valve and drain. I have to move the plumbing to inside the wall, and my plumber is giving me a hard time about the difficulty should I have issues (translation - his charges). I am reconsidering.

Its beauty is only its looks
they are beautiful, they are not made with cheap materials. Their engineering is deplorable. Installs require precision placement and when a leaky faucet occurs...watch out. Replacing cartridges did not work and the effort to get the pieces out from inside a wall was absurd. I have paid a plumber for 4 hours already and it seems that we will have to cut into the pristine wooden wall. Then we hear that we cannot get the replacement part until February (I am posting this in October) so we do not have a Master bath sink for 4 months. This all raises the costs and hassle to very high levels. I can see why plumbers like Kohler, but with a house full of it, I am increasingly unhappy.

Kohler Purist faucets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two sets of these faucets and the mixing valves to replace older Gerber thru the wall faucets that were leaking and had very poor finish on them. They are a bit pricey but Kohler quality is very evident. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I am not a big fan of the built in water restrictors in these faucets. I would like more water volume when the tap is fully opened.
