Cracked same day as installation
I left this product a review earlier today WITH PHOTOS and this company deleted it! I am a legitimate customer. This product cracked the day of installation.

Crack in tub
I too discovered a crack in our tub the same day as the install. It was about 6 inches long and small enough to fix - but the tub edge is also uneven and I have to replace it now. Maybe a manufacturers defect?

Crack in first 3 months...and Kohler would not replace.
I had this Kohler soaker tub installed in our new house in Sept of 2013. It looked great when it was installed and for the first week of living in the house. Soon after that my
wife noticed a small crack in the back bottom of it. The crack kept growing so I of
course contacted Kohler to come repair or replace it according to their warranty. They sent an unaffiliated guy out who said the tub had plenty of support and that the crack was almost too big to repair. He called this info in to Kohler and they said they would
not warranty it. They say it must have been my fault since it is now a large crack. I
would definitely not recommend Kohler. Their warranty means absolutely nothing.
