The best household shower of my life... period.
I just finished a custom build and had this installed in my 13 foot ceiling for a true rain shower effect. I love the clean seamless look in the ceiling first and foremost. Second the water feels amazing. It's a great start to the day. I should say I had it professionally installed so I have no idea how hard it was. I was seeing a little water "leaking" out of the side of one of the tiles but my builder came by and did a little tweaking and it's fine. This shower is the great start or end to a day.

Difficult install poor performance
This product was installed two weeks ago and had light use and is already leaking from the heads once the water is turned off. The instructions were very wrong from what it actually required to be installed. This is WAY overpriced!

Let It Rain Down on Me!
When we redesigned our master bath a rainshower was a mandatory upgrade; we've had our Koehler Rainshower since 2013 & absolutely LOVE this product! There has NEVER been any functional Rain issues & the installer was not a professional plumber! I cannot start my day without this fabulous rainshower! The only complaint, or issue, was the configuration of the piping in preparation of the installation, there needs to be a simpler design to provide water to the 4shower tiles. This is my suggestion to you Koehler!

Absolutely ridiculous
Will re-submit once installed but Kohler does not provide you with the plumbing to make it work. You need to solder a contraption that should have been provided (took nearly two hours per)… Absolutely ridiculous. Also was expecting something quite a bit bigger (shoulda read)… but by the photos it looks like it’s maybe 18 x 18 or 24 x 24… It’s only 12 x 12.

Water tile rain head
Buyer beware. We have a Kohler water tile rain head in two showers. One of the rain heads is leaking badly up above the rain head into the drywall and dripping through to the next floor.
We had to rip out the ceiling below. We are told we need to replace this faulty rain head. Kohler has a terrible warranty and does not stand behind their product. Would not recommend thus rain head or Kohler products.

Love the rain, except...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the sprayheads is not working well. It’s essentially leaking rather than raining.

Bought this shower head 5 yrs ago and used it for about 3 months before it started clogging and the individual spray nozzles started spraying sideways.looks great but functions very poorly. Do not buy.

Difficult
I love the way this showerhead looks, but like the other reviewers say, it clogs up easily and the little rubber nozzles don't flow as they should. Kohler tells us to simply take it off and clean w vinegar; what they don't tell you is it's harder then heck to use a tiny little allen wrench to remove and then reinstall the silver frame, fighting gravity and trying to perfectly align dozens of tiny nozzles as you go. Ugh!
