Good Product with Minor Quirks
The installation went smoothly but there were minor operational glitches.
FIRST - the the thumb-control on the lower doorknob must be turned clockwise to unlock. Meanwhile the thumb-control on the upper deadbolt must be turned counterclockwise to unlock. This is an out-of-sync condition that cannot be adjusted --- and I don't like that. (btw - this would not occur if my door had a different "swing" --- but !!!)
SECOND - the when the upper deadbolt's thumb-latch is positioned HORIZONTAL, it is unlocked. When VERTICAL, it is locked. This is the opposite of my former deadbolt and seems counter-intuitive. This cannot be adjusted and I don't like it.
