- Milliken multiport plug valves feature cast iron bodies with corrosion and abrasion resistant epoxy seats
- Solid ductile iron tapered plugs are faced with Buna-N elastomer vulcanized in place and ground to size
- Ductile iron plugs are Buna-N coated to provide tight shut off even under vacuum conditions
- Welded seats are 90 percent nickel for corrosion and erosion resistance and specially profiled for low torque and extended seat life
- Milliken multi-port plug valves are suitable for diverting service applications, and while the seat/sealing is adjustable, this valve should be considered a diverting valve only and not a drip-tight or shutoff valve
- A variety of 3-way port positions are possible
- Divert flow left or right
- Plugs rotate in permanently lubricated 316SS bearings and U-cup stem seals are self-adjusting for trouble free service
