Perfect apart from worn out line..
This clothesline has been perfect for creating a drying space in a high-ceiling-ed bathroom, but the line developed a frayed spot very early on and recently (to be fair, 2 years after purchase) broke under the weight of a wet sweatshirt. I'd love to see this with a thicker/more durable line. I now need to repurchase the whole thing because there's no way to replace ONLY the line. For the record I never had any problems getting it to retract -- it has a screw-to-tighten feature on the base that you tighten once you have it pulled out to the desired length, and loosen when you want to put the line away.

Moen RR5506 (Accessory): Clothesline
This clothesline was to be perfect for our laundry space. Only two issues: (1) The line was supposed to be 10 feet long but it fell short a few inches so we had to add wood to both walls to extend it out. It would be nice for the product to add a few inches of line as slack and still advertise it as 10'. (2) The line is just a bit thin but still strong. I would add just a mil or two to it's thickness. Other than that we are happy!
