Limited sizes and hard to install and connect wifi
Flo is not a DIY installation, plan on $500+ to have a plumber come out and then you will need to commission the App. I was unsatisfied so I searched and found bluebot.com clamp on unit as it is compatible with 60 pipe sizes and types, no pipe cutting. Connects with WiFi or LoRA RF.

Such a nightmare piece of technology.
My plumber sold me on this by telling me that it detects leaks and protects my house from floods and all that sounds great. The problem is that it constantly sends alerts when using water (such as the hose bibs that are plumbed through the house line) and it shuts off the water if you do not respond to the alerts. I also have a water softener and Iron Filter that flushes 80 gallons every 3 days at 12:30am and I constantly get alerts and shutoff notices, even after putting in a 3 hour exception window with the app. The whole thing has turned out to be incredibly annoying and frustrating, especially when I'm on vacation and workers use water that causes it to turn off the main line. Bottom line, I had to remove the devices from my account and will be having the plumber remove these. A complete waste of money for me.

Great way to protect the home from water leaks
Unit works well and has been a nice add to my home. Monitors the water usage and provides automatic warnings of unusual outlier events to help protect the home. Give the ability to remotely shut down the water to the house in case of emergencies while far away from home. Recommend this product.
