Pretty bar but not very functionally safe.
Shower grab bar looked real good but when used in the shower it became so slippery I almost fell down. Had I known it would be so slippery, I would have gotten one with some non skid on it.

Excellent Grab Bar for Smaller Hands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed two of these grab bars and the grab bar with shelf in our newly remodeled shower two years ago and a day hasn't gone by that I don't appreciate the smaller dimension or the curl grip feature. Now that we are moving to a new house, I will insist that the builder put these in (or swap out anything that they install). Excellent choice for anyone with small hands!

Excellent
Installed in both bathrooms. Very useful & stylish. Doesn't look like an institutional item. Not difficult to install but may need the Moen secure mounts if a stud can't be located.

Easy, nice grips for a lady to use this grab bar
Good-looking smaller grab bar, installed vertically in the shower to assist with getting in and out. Nice, easy finger grips give added stability to using this bar. Easy to clean. Exceeded my expectations.

Excellent looking grab bar
I bought this for my mother's new bath. Looked good, except on closer examination, after use in the shower it has water spots on it. So, it us done thing that should be wiped daily after use to remain looking new. This is the one negative.

Nice Looking and Very Sturdy!
These easy to install Grab Bars are functional without being too institutional...just be sure to install bracing behind where they are to be installed!

Looks nice
I was afraid that this may give a "handicapped" look to our shower but it doesn't. Looks nice and it is a safety feature.
