Set screw problem
We have two of these towel hooks that we bought nearly 4 years ago when we moved into our condo. hey look nice but like others, I would prefer if they came in both left-handed and right-handed versions. The bracket of one of them has loosened from the part that is attached to the wall, but when we tried to tighten the set screw, it quickly became stripped, and now we can't get it in or out. The set screw holding the hook to the bracket has also needed to be tightened a couple of times, but it works OK.
