  • The housing and frame are constructed from die-formed corrosion resistant galvanized steel
  • Its gasketed air-tight housing restricts airflow from conditioned spaces into unconditioned attic space, preventing unnecessary HVAC costs and improving the overall home energy efficiency
  • The lamp housing compartment features a universal J-box with snap-out sides and can be adjusted to fit ceiling thicknesses from 1/2" to 1-1/4"
  • The socket is medium base for a variety of bulbs and position can be adjusted to accommodate ceiling pitches from 2/12 to 7/12 pitch
  • Wiring is made easy with the included wiring quick-connects that allow simple installation of 12-20 AWG wire without using separate wire nuts - simply strip supply wires and push in
  • Measures 10.3" x 13.4" W x 7.5" H
  • The housing has pre"stalled nails on the adjustable hanger bars which are easily installed in regular lumber, engineered lumber, and laminated beams with the hanger bars include T-bar mounting clamps for use in suspended t-grid ceilings
  • The bar hangers have a maximum span of 24" and are scored in two locations for fast, clean breaking, allowing housing installation in very narrow joist spacings
  • CULus damp location rating makes this trim ideal for use in a variety of room settings and is thermally protected against improper use of lamps
