got a power tool and its battery bad and can not get them to replace was told they would contact me but have not poor product cheap product and cheap company , they lie to you and will mnot stand by product

Fast charging
We have all RIDGID tools, chargers and batteries! Never have we had an issues with any defaulty items. no place to register 6 Ah batteries???
trying to register the two pack model UN 3480 6 Ah batteries and the site does not accept the model number nor can I find these batteries on your site.... pleaase advise...

Rigid 18v battery used with Rigid tire inflator.
The Rigid 18v battery is good when used exclusively my Rigid tire inflator but not great . The reason for the four stars is due to the fact that after inflating my 4 auto tires it uses anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the battery power necessitating recharging almost every time.

Seems ok
Used this recently on a treated lumber stairway. Have never used a battery powered circular saw so I gave no reference but the 4 mAh battery didn’t seem to last a very long time and unfortunately they take a while to charge. Had to switch to the 2 mAh and of course killed that one long before the first was charged no love thx convenience of no power cords but not a very long life. I am demure fir a health amount $$ I could buy a bigger battery - or just plug in my corded!! The 1/4” impact driver worked like a champ with no hesitadriving in 3-3.5” deck screws ( self-tapping). Overall am happy with the package
