New Experience
No longer have to worry about water tank rupture. Takes a bit longer than expected to get hot water from tap or to shower head, but not a deal breaker. Only had it for about a month and a half.

Better than a hot water heater
A money saver, this the first time we had an on demand water heater, easy to use, we have had it for 6 months. My only worry is the clean up that this heater must have once a year to prolong its life span.

Satisfied but still getting used to the curve.
It takes too long for the water to get hot enough for a shower, nearly 2 minutes. I would like to have it hotter but when I turn up the temperature on the heater, it stops getting hot. So, I am living with a few faults that I see. Once it's hot, there are no problems and it runs nicely.

Natural gas conversions
I've now installed #4 Rinnai products; 3 wall furnaces and one on demand water heater. All have performed perfectly and have reduced my cost from electric floor heat. Should have done it sooner. Efficient and good looking units. Gas is still the way to Go!
