Disappointed
I liked how this tub looked and felt on display in store so I ordered one. The first one came damaged on the apron so we returned that one and waited for another. The second one didn’t look like it had defects. We had a plumber install it and it looked good and seemed fine. Several months later after some large guys worked to finish our bathroom doing a tub surround and putting the tub shower hardware in and getting the water hooked up I cleaned out the tub and tested it out. I was upset to discover that the floor didn’t feel solid and sank in a little as I stood in the middle. It just feels like thin plastic and not solid like a tub should be. I’m very disappointed and think it is probably a manufacturer defect. The store model wasn’t like this.

Excellent choice

We are homeowners who like to DIY and we installed this ourselves. We had never installed a tub before, and this wasn't a miserable experience. The tub is lovely and light enough for two of us to maneuver it (repeatedly).

Good Quality Tub
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this tub for our new bathroom renovation. It was true to size and fit perfectly in the alcove. The bottom of the tub has a plywood board that is supported by 4 Styrofoam feet that I ended up cementing with mortar to the floor which created a more durable feel when standing in.
Be aware that the front panel is a little fragile and can chip during freight shipment. The first one that was delivered had a corner chipped off which would have been unacceptable as it would show on the front of the tub. I called customer support and they didn't hesitate to send out a new one which arrived 2 days later.

Overall great bathtub

Mirabelle Bathtub
