Cold tap doesn't work
Our builder installed in Master. One master sink cold water tap keeps going on and off. Had hot water on, when I needed cold, it did not work. Extremely HOT when COLD is on fully open. Turned off hot water and cold came back. This has been going on since build. They replaced once. Still happened with new one. Builder was here Monday to take the wall down behind sink, all was good behind wall. Faucet is the issue, and it's been exchanged once. Clearly quality is lacking and so sorry we didn't go with something else. Very disappointed, price wasn't cheap to have this happening.

Since many people come herelooking for faucets, I thought I would warn them. These are at best decent faucets though the brushed nickel version shows water stains badly, early and often. But without question, the worst part is the aerator. If you try to replace it, first, try finding the parts. Then, if you do, try removing the old one (especially if calcium deposits have basically "cemented" it in), and then replacing it. The design is pitifully poor. There is an Allen wrench at the back of the faucet and most good Allen wrench sets won't have a size that fits it. The allen wrench screw must be removed to drop the aerator (again, assuming you have the softest water in creation and you just installed the faucet within the last few months) and then you seat the new one (which does not snap into place but is only secured once the screw is tightened. Almost every aerator in captivity is a screw in type.

Brushed nickel finish shows major water spots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to return the brushed nickel finish and replace with chrome finish because of continued water spots on nickel finish. They looked worn after just a few days use. Chrome finish is holding up well so far
