Be careful which model buying.
I have bought Toto toilets before and the seats were always comfy. Not this model - Terrible toilet seat!! Also very cheaply made thin plastic. Hoping it can be replaced.

Really uncomfortable
I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing this toilet. The seat on this toilet is extremely uncomfortable. Like the other reviewers said, it’s cheap and squeaks. Not just that, it is a thin concave rim that really digs into the body and I am experiencing major back pain since I had it installed. Save yourself and get a different toilet. I’m extremely disappointed since I splurged thinking it would be an upgrade but my old American standard toilet was way more comfortable. This toilet is also too high for an adult user.

Cheap plastic seat
Flush is great! But for the price
Seat is cheap plastic and squeaks
And when tried to replace all Toto toilets come with rear hole for washlets so no other seat can fit:(

Great toilet; very creaky seat!
The toilet itself seems great so far. We have had it installed for about one week, and its operation has been very smooth and quiet. I notice that less debris is stuck on the toilet bowl walls after flushing, probably because of the cyclone flushing action. A plumber installed it for us, to replace an older one-piece Toto toilet. He didn't complain about difficulty and it seemed straightforward for him.
The one disappointment is that the included seat is incredibly creaky and loud. It even creaks when my 50 lb. daughter uses it. Us parents in the house are average sized people, and it is even worse for us. It definitely feels like a downgrade from our previous model Toto soft-closing seat. The plastic feels decidedly cheaper than the old one that was in use about 20 years.
We wouldn't try to return an already installed toilet, and the seat is the only problem for us so far. So it just feels disappointing that quality didn't match the price on this one plastic part. I plan to try spraying some lubricant on the hinges of the seat, to see if it will make a difference. I will update the review if it helps.

Was so excited for this toilet
This is my first skirted toilet and I love that the sides are smooth. It's pretty high up, but I don't mind that. My issue is that stuff seems to get stuck on the inside of the bowl. We have two other entry level Toto toilets that don't have this problem. Maybe the sanagloss on the old toilets worked better?

Universal height - a no go.
This is a really nice looking toilet, and I love the tornado flushing system. However, the universal height is too high for me and the toilet seat it comes with (not washlet) is extremely uncomfortable. There is only one alternate seat that fits this toilet since it is also designed to take a washlet, and I don't like that seat either. We will be taking it out to get a regular height toilet. Unfortunately, it won't look as nice. Toto does not have a regular height toilet that has a skirt.
