- Low VOC Purple Primer
- Used for cleaning, deglazing and softening ABS, PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings prior to application of cement
- Formulated with a blend of powerful solvents which makes it a fast acting primer
- Removes any glaze often found on plastic pipe and fittings and softens the plastic so that it will accept the solvent cement much more readily
- At the same time it dyes the plastic surface purple to show where the primer has been applied.
- Carries the National Sanitation Foundation Seal for Potable Water and Drain, Waste and Vent (DWV) systems
